The Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) Course is a foundational education program that ensures participants are able to manage software assets. IAITAM CSAM training provides practical knowledge to manage the constantly evolving Software Asset Management (SAM) landscape. With IAITAM CSAM training, you gain actionable tools to improve compliance, reduce risk, increase productivity, and deliver high ROI.

IAITAM CSAM training is delivered as a two-day remote course. Four hours of training each day. After completing IAITAM CSAM training, participants are required to complete the certification exam.

After IAITAM CSAM training, the certification exam must be completed within 14 calendar days. The IAITAM CSAM training exam becomes available at 8:00 AM your local time (based on your time zone) the day after the course ends.

The IAITAM CSAM training exam includes 100 randomized questions, with a passing score of 85% or higher. As part of IAITAM CSAM training, the exam must be completed within a non-pausable 3-hour window once started.

IAITAM CSAM training includes two exam attempts within the 14-day exam window, unless otherwise restricted.

If you fail both attempts in IAITAM CSAM training, you can purchase an additional package that includes two more attempts within a new 14-day period for $350. Fees

Yes, IAITAM CSAM training allows you to purchase a 7-day extension for $50 if you are unable to complete your attempts within the initial 14-day window. This must be done before the IAITAM CSAM training deadline expires.

If you delay taking the exam after IAITAM CSAM training until day 13 or 14 and fail your first attempt, you may not have time for a second attempt within the allowed period.

The IAITAM CSAM training exam deadline is 11:59 PM your local time (based on your time zone) on the 14th day. After this, the IAITAM CSAM training exam system will automatically close, even if you are still taking the exam.

If you do not attempt or fail the exam in IAITAM CSAM training, you will need to pay to retake both the training and exam to pursue certification again.

Yes, the IAITAM CSAM training exam is open book. However, IAITAM CSAM training strictly prohibits collaboration, sharing answers, seeking external help, or copying exam content in any form.

Yes, IAITAM CSAM training certification requires an annual recertification exam to maintain your credentials.
